Ian qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and joined Edwin Coe’s Property Team in 2001 from McGrigor Donald, having previously worked at Simmons & Simmons and in-house as Group Legal Adviser for Property at Saint-Gobain Solaglas.

Ian deals with a broad range of property work, including landlord and tenant, site acquisitions and disposals, investments, portfolio sales and purchases and secured lending. He is also experienced in dealing with property aspects of corporate transactions.

Ian was born in Mauritius and speaks French fluently.
