Carolyn joined Edwin Coe LLP as a partner in January 2008 from Davies Arnold Cooper. Carolyn specialises in residential development and has acted for many years for a number of developers, including national house-builders, on site acquisition and planning and infrastructure issues. She also supervises a plot sales team. Her client base includes investors and high-net-worth individuals for whom she acts on acquisitions and disposals, including leasehold enfranchisement work.

Prior to entering private practice in 1983, Carolyn worked in-house in the water industry and for a county highway authority, where she qualified in 1981.
