John is Head of the Private Client team. He was articled with Edwin Coe and qualified in 1971.

John became a partner in 1973 and has been Head of the Private Client team for over twenty five years. As a long time adviser to many domestic and international families and family companies, he has at some stage dealt with all forms of problems whether legal, fiscal, business or otherwise, which families and businesses encounter from time to time.

John is a good listener and an experienced advisor who is able to deal with difficult and complex situations, including those of a non-legal nature, sensitively and confidentially. He is regularly involved in charitable work.
