Brendan joined Edwin Coe as a Probate Manager in April 2005 to coincide with the merger of Hayes Dixon and Edwin Coe. His main role was to take on Hayes Dixon's Intestacy practice and integrate it within the Edwin Coe Private Client Department, under the supervision of Nick Giles.

Brendan spent 10 years with a Westminster law firm where he specialised in trust administration initially, before moving into Probate and Intestacy Management. His speciality now is dealing with intestacy cases where the deceased has left no Will and there are no known relatives.
