Michael is a Law Costs Draftsman of 15 years standing. He advises in relation to all aspects of "solicitor and client" and "between the parties" legal costs.

Michael prepares detailed bills of costs and takes all relevant steps up to and including advocacy at the detailed assessment hearing at the Supreme Court Costs Office. He also advises on all aspects of litigation funding, solicitor act disputes, security for costs and costs estimates.

Michael is a Fellow of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen.
