Graham Clark practises in corporate and intellectual property law. He has handled numerous mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and partnership arrangements. He also has wide experience in trademarks, passing off and Internet domain name disputes, patent licensing, technology transfer, computer contracts and franchising.

Graham has recently been involved in acting for the WWF - World Wildlife Fund for Nature (the world's largest private environmental conservation organisation) in its successful action against the World Wrestling Federation regarding the use of the initials WWF. His clients also include individual entrepreneurs and SME's, professional partnerships, multinational corporations and other international organisations. Their business activities range from mechanical and electrical engineering, renewable energy, environmental services, communications, financial services, retailing and computer software.
