Robert qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and joined Edwin Coe as a partner in 2004, having previously been a partner in a niche commercial practice in London. He is also qualified as a licensed insolvency practitioner.

Robert specialises in the following areas of work:

• Acting for banks and other lenders in providing solutions for the recovery of non-or under-performing debt, improving security and minimising commercial risk.
• Acting for insolvency practitioners in all forms of insolvency procedure, on advisory, transactional and contentious matters.
• Advising businesses in financial difficulties

Robert has particular expertise in solving problem cases and his sector experience includes property, leisure, retailing and professional practices.

Robert is a full member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association and the Turnaround Management Association (UK)
