Niten joined the Litigation Insolvency team at Edwin Coe on qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006. His work involves dealing with corporate and personal insolvency matters, director’s disqualification proceedings, enforcement of judgements and the realisation of assets, as well as commercial litigation matters.

Niten is Treasurer of the Society of Asian Lawyers and as such he is involved in organising the Society’s business and networking events, including its Annual Ball. Through this role he has been a keen promoter of diversity within the legal profession and has helped to raise significant funds for charitable causes.
