Linky advises on a comprehensive range of employment matters including the negotiation and provision of strategic advice on severance arrangements, bullying and harassment claims, the management of ill health and capability dismissals, allegations of discrimination and collective redundancies. She provides day to day advice on a broad range of employment issues for established corporate clients and undertakes High Court injunctive work to enforce or resist post termination restraints. Linky provides advice on the drafting and terms of Executive service agreements, handbooks and policies as well as warranties and indemnities required in share sales and purchases and business transfers.

Linky also deals with applications to the Home Office for work permits, visas, permanent leave to remain in the UK and naturalisation

Linky sits on the Employment Committee of the Law Society and is Chair of the In and Around Covent Garden Business Forum. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
