Simon is a Senior Litigation Executive of 30 years standing. He is the Manager of the Court Agency Team with responsibility for its day to day running. He has been with the firm since 1974 and also deals with general common law litigation matters including personal injury claims.

Simon also has considerable experience and knowledge of both High Court and County Court procedures and the Civil Procedure Rules. He is an experienced advocate and appears regularly before the Masters and Registrars in the Queens Bench and Chancery Divisions and District Judges in the London County Courts.
