Victor has acted for brokers and growing companies seeking venture capital, as well as publicly traded companies on their admissions and subsequent corporate transactions. He is experienced in handling contested and agreed offers for publicly traded companies, private company acquisitions and disposals, and has acted in a variety of capital market transactions.

He particularly has experience in project finance and banking transactions having acted in a number of significant projects.
