Ronald Graham is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactions. He has advised both individuals and companies on equity transactions across a number of sectors in addition to corporate finance regulatory work with the Takeover Panel. Ronald has considerable experience of private equity, joint ventures, limited partnerships and distressed sales. Ronald’s sector experience includes hotel and leisure, real estate finance, private equity investments and large scale industrial corporates in the UK and additionally in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Transactions on which Ronald has advised include:

• United Technologies Corporation – Carrier Division on its acquisition of Longville Group from Bridgepoint Capital.
• United Technologies Corporation – Carrier Division on its disposal of the Radford Shelving and Customer Guidance Divisions.
• Sale of Leo Casinos to Gala Group Plc.
• Stepan Company - European Compliance Programme.

Ronald qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1996 and joined Edwin Coe in June 2004 after 4 years with the London office of a large US law firm and prior to that 6 years with Norton Rose in the City of London. Ronald is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
