Peter has concentrated his practice on corporate and constitutional work. He has acted on numerous corporate acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and bankruptcy matters.

Peter represents multinational companies in the UK and advises their UK subsidiaries on a broad range of corporate and commercial work. In 1999 he led the UK side in the worldwide joint venture between Carrier Corporation (United Technologies) and Toshiba Corporation. He also represented a major accounting body in securing charitable status and in the adoption of a new constitution.

Peter has represented UK trading companies, charitable institutions and public housing bodies in many corporate and constitutional matters, capital restructuring, financing and secured lending.

Peter has lectured widely on corporate and insolvency matters. He is the author of “Loose on Liquidators” (2005) and “The Company Director, Powers Duties and Liabilities” (2007).
