David qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and joined Edwin Coe's Corporate and Commercial team in 1999. He has a wide experience of mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and corporate finance transactions in both the public and private arenas. This has included acting on flotations and take-overs, as well as banking and financing transactions, including setting up secured financing structures and dealing with enforcement.

In addition, David provides general corporate and commercial advice on joint ventures and shareholder agreements. His clients include owner-managed businesses, public and multinational companies and banks.
