If you feel your Landlord has not been taking sufficient care of your building, or if the building itself has been poorly constructed, you may have a claim against your Landlord or the developer.

Your Landlord will have an obligation to keep the common parts and the structural aspects of your building in good repair. If it is in breach of this obligation, you may have a claim in damages and you can take action to force the Landlord to comply with its obligations.

As a purchaser of a flat, you may have claims against both your developer/vendor under the purchase contract and any agreement for leave as well as claims against your current landlord or right to manage company.
