Edwin Coe to sponsor The Insolvency Office Holders Forum

Edwin Coe is pleased to announce that it has agreed to sponsor the new Insolvency Office Holders Forum, part of INSOL Europe, the professional association for European restructuring and insolvency specialists.

Catherine Ottaway, Past-President of INSOL Europe announced, during the AGM 2014 in Istanbul, the decision of INSOL Europe to create new forum focused on insolvency office holders – the “Insolvency Office Holders Forum”.

The Council of INSOL Europe has seen a growing interest from the association’s members to reflect on and react to current issues and challenges facing the profession of Insolvency Office Holders throughout Europe.

Three practising office holders have agreed to co-chair the forum in the first instance and support and steer the forum though its initial stages:

• Stephen Harris (EY, UK)
• Marc André (France) and
• Daniel F. Fritz (HWW Hermann Wienberg Wilhelm, Germany).

Restructuring and Insolvency Partner, Simeon Gilchrist commented “We are delighted to have this opportunity to continue our longstanding commitment to INSOL Europe, particularly on the eve of the recast European Insolvency Regulations coming into play.”
